Yeldn began in healthcare: pharmacist-led import of genuine devices and supplements from the USA and Europe, sold to Egyptian customers through licensed channels. That business — Egypt Vitamins — remains the group's flagship.

From that foundation the group diversified: an online storefront, medical-test booking, two cross-border shopping services, real-estate investment, a free city-services portal, and a charity for gifted students. Eight companies, all operating today.

The group operates through registered entities in Egypt, the United States and the United Kingdom.
